Community Engagement
Empowering communities to lead change
RAN recognises that lasting resilience depends on the meaningful participation and leadership of the communities most affected by development challenges.
Our community engagement efforts seek to prioritize the contextual and indigenous knowledge from the communities, their priorities and experiences at the centre of identifying problems, designing solutions and putting them into practice through locally-led solutions.
RAN facilitates processes that enable communities to:

- IdentifyThey identify the opportunities open to them
- DevelopThey develop locally owned solutions and put them into practice
